Do you take insurance?
The privacy of clients is of profound importance and therefore, service provider elected not participate with insurance panels. Insurances require documenting a mental health diagnosis and submitting a treatment plan in order to approve the number of sessions, reimburse for rendered services and determine how your time in therapy is spent. Diagnoses and treatment plans become a permanent part of your medical record. When you don’t use your insurance, your information remains private. If you have out-of-network benefits and you would like to submit your session fees to your insurance company on your own, an invoice can be made available to you.

Are the sessions confidential?
Confidentiality is a critical element to developing trust in the client and psychotherapist. Information may not be disclosed without written permission except for: Clinician follows state and federal regulatory laws

Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse. Therapists are required by law to report this to authorities immediately.

If a client intends to harm him or herself. Therapist will make every effort to enlist their cooperation to make sure they are safe. If the client does not cooperate, additional steps may be taken without their permission in order to ensure their safety.

If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to someone else. Therapist must notify the police and inform the intended victim(s).
How long are your sessions?
Typically sessions last between 45 – 50 minutes. These sessions are billed at an hour rate.

What are your fees?
Psychotherapy: $100 per 45 - 50 minute-session.
Forms of payment including cash, checks, and credit cards. Payment is due at the beginning of each appointment. Often the session will include closure clinical discussions and processing of therapeutic content.

What is your cancellation policy?
A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. Cancellations and no-shows will result in a $50 charge. Please, kindly notify via text, call or e-mail as soon as you know that you will not be able to attend your appointment. If you have an emergency, you may contact reschedule your appointment. Extenuating circumstances are considered when prior cancellation notification not possible.
